Raceit.com worked fine for signing up and looking up participant details, but managing the info felt a little messy to me. Some things weren’t exactly where I expected them to be, and when I made updates, it wasn’t always super obvious right away that everything had gone through. I eventually figured it out, but it took more clicking around than I thought it would. it reminded me of trying to find one specific receipt in a junk drawer, you know it’s in there somewhere, but somehow you end up finding batteries, old keys, and a takeout menu first. Overall, it did what I needed, just not as smoothly as I’d hoped.

I had to do the waiver and a few documents before the race, and it did work eventually. I just felt like I was clicking around a bit too much and not always knowing where the thing I needed was. It wasn’t awful or anything, just a little awkward to use and could be more clear.

I had a problem with my race entry and figured support would be able to sort it out quickly. The registration process itself was fine, and I was excited for the event, but getting help was a different story. It took a long time to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like a generic copy-and-paste answer that didn’t actually address my issue. I followed up with more details and basically got the same kind of response again. Maybe they were busy, but it really didn’t feel like anyone had properly read my email. Frustrating overall, especially when everything else seemed fairly well organized

I added the coupon and thought the discount was applied, but when I went to pay, it just disappeared. Wasn’t no discount showing anymore, which was frustrating.

Race IT is okay when it actually loads, but I ran into a bunch of tech stuff that got annoying fast. A few pages were super slow, my payment froze one time, and I had to refresh more than once just to get through signup. Support was decent, so no issue there, but the site itself just feels kinda unreliable. Not ideal when your trying to register quickly.

I was already feeling mentally drained, and trying to get everything set up didn’t help. The organizer tools felt clunky, and the whole setup process was slower than I expected...

I used Raceit.com to find some local races, and it’s okay, but I had a little buyer’s remorse after spending time on it. The filters felt clunky and made browsing more annoying than I expected. I did find a couple events I hadn’t seen on other sites, which was nice, but some of the race details looked outdated, so I wasn’t always sure what to trust. It’s not terrible, just not as smooth or reliable as I hoped.

I couldn’t get my race results to load at all. I kept checking, but the timing results just never showed up.

Maybe it’s just me, but every email they sent seemed to make things less clear. I kept rereading them and still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next

I just needed help getting into my account, but it felt like that basic request was ignored. I couldn’t log in, and instead of a simple fix or clear guidance, I was left stuck dealing with the setup process. Annoying experience overall.

I tried to cancel my race entry, the whole thing was way more confusing than it needed to be. You think it’ll be a simple process, but then you’re waiting forever just to get a clear answer. I still felt like I was stuck paying fees anyway, which was really frustrating. Not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d use it again.

From my experience, the transfer and deferral options were really disappointing. I expected there to be an easier way to make changes, but it felt limited and frustrating...

The payment process went through without any real problems, which is always a relief. It’s not the most reassuring checkout I’ve ever used, though, the security info was a bit vague and could definitely be clearer. But hey, at least it worked.

I’m totally fine, really, but getting help with the team registration was slower than I expected and kind of confusing. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it definitely made the whole signup process more frustrating than it needed to be.
